BizTalk + SharePoint: 1+1=3

Wednesday, March 25th, 2009

Today my collegue Wesley Bakker and I published our white paper on BizTalk Server and SharePoint integration, describing best practices for providing a “face” to BizTalk Server. It describes three examples: Exception Handling, Manager Approval and BizTalk Dashboard. You can download it here: http://www.motion10.com/best-practices/view.asp. Have fun, Gijs.

BizTalk and SharePoint Integration - Best Practices

Tuesday, March 17th, 2009

Last week my SharePoint collegue Wesley Bakker and I did a presentation (and mainly demo) on best practices for BizTalk and SharePoint integration at the Application Platform event organized by Microsoft NL. Lots of positive feedback afterwards! We actually showed an end-to-end working demo including workflow and Outlook Task integration all the way from BizTalk receiving a purchase order to a task for manual review being added to the manager’s Outlook list. All the demo’s we’ve created are also fully described in the upcoming release of our white paper on this topic. The official release date is March 25th. Keep an eye out for thisĀ at www.motion10.com. Or subscribe to my RSS feed because I’ll be posting it here as well. Cheers, Gijs.
